Rolling of trunk pipelines at the metal construction plant is an important component that determines the strength and durability of gas and oil pipelines. This process, which requires high precision and specialized equipment, ensures the formation of cylindrical shells from sheet steel.

Factory fabrication allows for strict quality control at every stage of production. This includes steel selection, welding, surface treatment and protective coatings. The use of modern technologies, such as automated welding and non-destructive testing, ensures that the products meet the highest standards.
At the first stage, the metal is cut to the specified dimensions, taking into account welding and deformation allowances. This is followed directly by rolling – the passage of steel sheet through the rolling mill, where under pressure there is a gradual bending to the desired diameter.

Quality control is carried out at every stage. Geometric parameters such as diameter, ovality and straightness are checked using high-precision measuring tools. Special attention is paid to the absence of surface defects such as cracks and dents.

The finished shells are welded to form pipeline sections. Rolling, performed in compliance with all technological requirements, guarantees a reliable connection of the sections and prevents accidents during operation. It is an investment in the safety and smooth operation of the pipeline system. Properly designed and qualitatively manufactured metal structures ensure the longevity and safety of main pipelines, minimizing the risks of accidents and leaks. This, in turn, contributes to the stable operation of industry and environmental protection.
